Is there anyone at Mattel creations who can help?

<p>
	I've received several emails about renewing my Club Grayskull membership and so far I have chosen not to do so. If Mattel wants to convince to renew, here is one issue I need addressed:
</p>

<p>
	Spam marketing emails vs. Actual informational emails.
</p>

<p>
	If I had something in my cart on Mattel Creations or I simply browsed the website, I would get repeated emails about "Hey, don't forget to buy this", "Take another look at this", "Complete your purchase of this". 
</p>

<p>
	Such emails are thoroughly annoying. Imagine if every time you looked at an item on Amazon or any retail website that that would be followed up with multiple emails about remebering to buy it. It would quickly become insufferable.
</p>

<p>
	So I contacted customer service and I did get them to stop. Except, despite my description of the problematic emails vs. actual informational emails, I stopped getting actual informational emails too. Isn't one of the bonuses of Club Grayskull getting to hear about upcoming releases directly? 
</p>

<p>
	I'd love to get emails related to MOTU announcing new releases, or announcing when a sale is happening. That's actual information. I do NOT want abusive spam emails just suggesting I buy something that is NOT new and is NOT on sale.
</p>

<p>
	These repeated Club Grayskull emails are abusive spam is well. It's not new, it's not on sale, quit badgering me about it.
</p>

<p>
	So, if Mattel Creations can sort out Spam vs. New information emails, and restrain themselves from spamming, then maybe I'll rejoin Club Grayskull.
</p>

So £42+£10 for the membership... then £10 posting... Where are they posting this from... The other toy maker ships from the UK if these aren't why can't we pay in Dollars like before... Membership doesn't even include free posting?

	but I see the current sale and try and order a few motu figures all reduced. But soon as they change to uk shipping they all immediately just back up in price. So two figures going for around £30 becomes over £60

	i understand a higher shipping but why can’t I access the discount just because I’m in the uk and when even ghe uk site won’t ship to me. I have a club grayskull account.

	Enough is enough! I spent thousands of dollars to your company, and for a long time, I was a completionist, buying all of MotU Origins stuff that was on the market, despite the very difficult ways you, Mattel, created for us collectors. Since the Rokkon desaster, I quit being a completionist, but as a kind of nostalgia, I wanted to have the Fright Zone, and yes, especially for that I registered as a "Club Grayskull Member". 
</p>

<p>
	But, now you pushed it too far! I cannot see one single advantage of that membership, however, it is even more the opposite. The latest in a long row of letdowns of this membership is the fact, that despite you had to log-in to the Fright Zone the second the sale started, like if you want to catch a ticket for the very last Kiss concert, you as a Club member are the very last to receive your order. If you ordered the Fright Zone via BBTS (or being in Europe, via one of multiple retailers in Germany for example), you would already have your order in hands - and that even cheaper than via Mattelcreations! 
</p>

<p>
	I cannot think of any membership in which members (=paying customers) are being treated as disrespectful as Mattel treats their members. No customer service, no technical support that deserves that name. Nothing. It is a pure shame.
</p>

	I will cancel my order of two Fright Zones. Enough is enough!

	I'm having since yesterday trouble to access the storefront. I don't know if anyone is experiencing this, is this caused by maintenance work on the site?

	Anyways, it would be really unfortunate if this happens when I want to buy something. Even more so, if that something is sold out when the site works again.

	I took some screenshots, first the page gets blank and has a lock on the upper right corner. If I click it asks for my password, but when introduced it gets back to blank.

	Any help would be much appreciated.

	I love Mattel Creations products. My only issue is that they only seem to use FedEx for delivery. FedEx has become the worst delivery service in my area when it comes to delivery instructions. ALL other delivery services(USPS,UPS, AMAZON, etc) follow delivery instructions exactly. Not FedEx. They are terrible. I have instructed that no packages be left at my front door due to theft. All packages are to be placed at the back door. These morons not only leave the packs at the front door EVERY time, but also on the damp grass instead of the pavement. Mattel needs to provide different options regarding which carrier the customer would like their item shipped with. I would pay more for shipping if necessary just to have UPS.

	I subscribed to the Club Grayskull membership the day it went live.  I am getting the emails regarding exclusives, (like Hurricane Hordak, etc..) but when I click the links it tells me I do not have permission to look at the page or be involved in the discussion.  Is anyone else having this issue?
