When are the collab Dia De Los Muertos Barbie that I ordered going to be shipped? It says it would ship by 11/29 and it’s now after 11/29.

Ok here is my problem! I am trying to renew my club membership. Mine is currently good through 7-23-23. I get through the whole process and when I try to pay with my Discover card I get this message and it has been happening for the past few days that I have been trying to renew. What is going on?? I have been a member since the beginning of the club and now I am getting ditched?

I placed an order for a doll that has not shipped yet. My credit card has since been cancelled due to fraudulent charges being put on it. When does Mattel charge you for the doll you order? When you order it or when it ships? Thanks for letting me know.

I have a ridiculous question. I’m new to Barbie collecting (FINALLY seduced via a 2008 Little Red Riding Hood purchased recently) and wondering if there is a season launch schedule. In addition are there correlating Labels?

i.e….‘22 Fall/Winter: Christmas doll launch - Sept-Oct = Gold Label

So, I have became a platinum member only to purchase the newly released Bubblecut. My order number is CHP724720. I live in Turkey. Only way for me to communicate is by email. Please do not tell me to CALL Cs. I have never ever encountered such poor service. I have not received any tracking info, NOTHING. It is unacceptable that Mattel cannot provide tracking info for international deliveries. If I had known it before my purchase, I’d never ever become a member or make a purchase. If I DON’T GET A RESPONSE BY MAIL, I AM DOING A CHARGEBACK ! Just to let you know Mattel … Poorest service EVER ! HUGE REGRET !

Has anyone else experienced trouble with the dia de los muertos barbie? I purchased the pre order back on September 6 2021. I have called customer service several times and each time have been given a run around. It was meant to be a Christmas present and now it’s the beginning of March and I have still yet to receive any info from Mattel on any hope of the order being fulfilled. I received Ken, but still no Barbie. Will they ever issue me a refund for the missing barbie? Or am I just out $75? I have never experienced such poor customer service. I’ve emailed them several times and gotten no response. Every time I call I’m told it will ship in 3 weeks. Still nothing.

What is going on Mattel? Please, upgrade the screening quality on Barbie dolls. Barbie dolls, even signature, have been made with a noticeably cheap screening. It’s sad that you can clearly see it is a cheaply stamped sticker, specially on the mouth areas, a unidimensional lazy sticker stamp. Makes them look cheap, uninteresting, flat, without depth and quality. I’m sure that the insanely massive numbers of complaints about another newer technique, the pixelated/grainy UV screening techniques are also being seen, so I just wonder who’s in charge of decisions in the company that still thinks making dolls with clearly
faces is smart. Even the “smooth” non-pixelated screenings look cheap and sticker-y. And then some wonder why most collectors migrated from barbie to other fashion dolls… simply because they offer a quality level that current Barbie seems to lack, and uninterested in restoring. So i ask again, why are the faces being done like that? Not only in playline, wich is already shameful considering the spray painted, high-end premium playline competition dolls, that we all know about, but also on collector label dolls?

I have spent 189,90 $ and have NO WAY to track orders. Hello my name is Edgar and I have my 6yr old daughter that found a video demonstrating the Hello Dream House on YouTube which is number one on her Santa's list and is insisting on Santa bringing her this for Xmas. I understand after some investigation that this doll house is discontinued.... But I have located a guy who still has one closed. I became a platinum member right before the entire Signature membership changed, and thus it was said, that for that one year I would still get the quarterly rewards. It should have been added to my account beginning of this month (October), but I still haven't got anything. Nothing in spam either, I have checked that. Has anyone else got theirs, is it only me, or is it a general problem?

Hi,I had the user ID set up when i signed up for email and a shopping account in 2011. I recently joined BFC and thought i was going to be able to create a "handle" for posting and BC assumed my old shopping ID.

I realy,l really, REALLY want to change it!!!
