Join us for our 2026 Spring Diecast Show and Swap!  The show is on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Once again we're thrilled to welcome all diecast fans back to Lakota East High School this Spring for another great show packed with tons of your favorite diecast (all brands) from over 170 Tables, raffles, prizes, a Downhill “Case Race” and lots more.

Whether you like Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Greenlight, M2, Johnny Lightning, Majorette, or maybe you are just looking for those few "hard to find" versions of your favorites, this is the show where you're likely to find it.  We will have plenty of vendors lined up with New/Old/Vintage diecast For Sale and Trade!

We're also doing: Raffles, Giveaways, Door Prizes (Kids Included!), Concessions, Pizza, Case Raffles, PLINKO, and a return of the Downhill “Case Race.”

John Mark Violette

John is a former Hot Wheels designer who worked at Mattel from 2006 to 2011.  He was responsible for the 2008 Lancer Evolution, Fast Gassin, Triumph TR6, Scirocco GT 24 (International,) Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4, Porsche 911 GT2, Ferrari 599XX, Twinduction, Crashers, Color Shifters and Custom Motors series as well as several other castings.

He currently runs his own design firm, John Violette Design LLC; prior to this, he was a concept designer at competing brand Spin Master.

Downhill “Case Race:”  Racing on our custom club track. Try your luck and see if you get the winning car.

The official car is the Hot Wheels Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.8 in left and right facing variants. 

The left facing variant is a Dinner exclusive car and limited to 300 units.

I know a lot of Aussie collectors are excited about this, but understandably I think there will only be a few international collectors (especially US collectors). Not sure if anyone from HW HQ is coming.

I attended the event in El Segundo, and somehow got my hands on the 2024 Boulevard Set and the 3rd last 2025 Car Culture Set(1/4) before they sold out in the morning. Then I tried going for treasure hunts and chase cars in the cases, but came out empty handed. I hope that you guys had some luck with collecting, and can't wait to return for next year. 

P.S. - I am relatively new to the Legends Tour and did not know that the events started on October 1st - 5th. What happened during these dates, and what should I plan for next year? Thank You!

Any ideas of anything to do other than go buy stuff from the store.

Never been before and probably too old to ever make another trip. Will go by just for the heck of it anyway.

6750 Bakers Blvd. The Link a recreation center. The 1st show date will be February 22nd. Doors open 8:330 AM to 12:30 PM. This building is 28000 Sq.Ft. and has 3 rooms with flex wall dividers to enlarge when needed. Also a Gym if we should ever grow large enough for the extra space. I'm told there is a concession, but not sure if they will open it. Guessing if requested. Kirk, and Mike were reluctant to do this, but the new Administrator over the rec centers in Arlington is demonstrating a no flex attitude towards the current status of rentals at Meadowbrook.  We ought to be back on the 2nd week show schedule starting in March
