German MC shop empty / gone

Hi there!

Since yesterday the shop on the German MC site is empty. No matter which brand or category I choose, it always says "no results".

But there's no info about a possible update or anything, and all other shops (US, UK, AU) are fine. Will that be fixed until the next drop? I hope so 😬

Does anyone else have this issue?

Everytime I try to buy a doll it gives me “There was an issue creating your offer try again, or contact us for more support.” Does anyone else have this problem? I still can’t buy the Grady twins dolls because it won’t go though. I’ve cleared my cashe/cookies and relogged in, reset my phone. Nothing. This is really starting to make me upset

Ordering doesn't seem to work for me at the moment as nothing happens when I click on the "Buy now" button. My address is in Germany, and the payment method is PayPal.

I've successfully ordered from this site several times before, also choosing PayPal as payment method. My last order was in January, and there were no issues with that. I've already tried different browsers, but nothing seems to work. The form just doesn't react when I click on "Buy now".

Does anyone have an idea what could be behind it or how to solve it?

Hello mods, I'm need help figuring out how to delete a problematic picture signature on the bottom of all my comments in the forums. I had it many years ago and have not posted in the forums in years so I did not know it was still there. I have grown and the world has changed as well and I just want it gone. I have tried to find where to delete for an hour but alas have not figured it out. I don't want to break community standards, thank you

As of yesterday. I'm getting a, "1 file would exceed the total allowed size of *****MB, and was skipped" message when I attempt to post a pic on the site. I have changed nothing in my photo format. It has always worked here. But all of the sudden I can't post pics now. Please fix this for me.

FORUM 😞 glitch for me since Thursday 09 OCT 2025

I'm reaching out as I'm having technical issues with accessing this forum on my iPhone/with any browser I tried safari, firefox and chrome.

I am typing this on my MacBook, on safari, this works as normal. But I rather be here on my phone as always.

Through trial and error I figured out it this glitch is not connected to my user account, as it works on other phones both an older iPhone and a new android (my mum's phone) when I log in there.

The glitch/bug is connected suddenly only to my current iPhone. For some unknown reason as of Thursday 09 Oct 2025 is when it started. I logged out and back in, after I emptied cache, deleted history and did all the things, still no change.

I do not believe there's anything that actually can be done about it as it is only effecting my one iPhone, but thought maybe IT might know why it is happening as of 2 days ago??

Everything was working fine for the past 3 years. Did IT do a system upgrade and miss something? Is this bug in the system happening to anyone else?

Please note that the rest of MC website works as normal on my Phone thank goodness, I can still purchase dolls it looks like, so far so good! 😃

This bug has only effected the forum specifically. 😞

Please see these "safety" warnings (I get the same worded ones on all 3 browsers safari, chrome and Firefox) I see before clicking the "forum" from even the google search results or selecting "forum" from the main MC menu and when I'm not even logged in, then I click proceed anyway and get to the forum but it looks like this, like a primitive basic layout, barely functioning pages, I do not know why this happens, so it is hosting issue??:

I just recently acquired a beautiful vintage platinum swirl with a little bit of a neck split. She has all her facial paint, great hair/no cuts. She's really a sight to behold. Does anyone know of an easy "how to" or person they could recommend? She's really too nice and I don't want to take a chance and make a mess of things. I've worked on some vintage Barbie's before, just not this. Any and all responses are appreciated.😬

@Technical.problems I've tried countless times to log out of Mattel.com an my phone (Always update Daily, and a few weeks ago new software), I was using chrome, then switched to Google after clearing cache & data. It's quite frustrating.. Still no luck

Play, Rate & Review Issues with Website

Hello, I was hoping someone could help with my Play,Rate,& Review account. I am trying to review the items I have received, but my account isn't even showing these items as shipped, yet. I have written to Mattel twice, so far and no response has been sent to me. I have tried the following things: I logged out and logged back in, I tried logging in on a different browser and I have cleared my cookies and emptied caches. Nothing has helped. I don't want to be removed from this program, but I fear that if I can't review these items, that is what will happen. What can I do to remedy this? How on earth can I review these items if no one is updating the website? Please help? Thank you.

PS I have attached a photo of my program page where it says, no items have been shipped but they have been shipped and are already arriving at my house. I want to review these items, but as you can see they aren't even listed as sent.

Set up this profile ages ago, before establishing my doll social media presence [admittedly, a modest presence 😅], and would love to have my profile name here match my social media handles [BARBITECTURE].

Para envios a latinoamerica los pedidos son enviados por mailamericas pero lamentablemente esta paqueteria extravia todos los paquetes

en mi caso no entregaron mis pedidos y lo marcaron como entregados y es imposible comunicarse con mailamericas por lo cual esta paqueteria no me da confianza y deseo seguir comprando ya que solo aqui se pueden encontrar productos exclusivos, pero mailamericas es una paqueteria nada confiable varios compañeros han tenido malas experiencias como yo y muchos han decidido no comprar mas en esta pagina pero yo deseo seguir comprando en mattel hay alguna forma de que mis pedidos llegen por medio de una paqueteria mas segura y confiable?

How do you upload a profile pic and cover photo? I get an error message that says this image could not be uploaded because it may violate our community standards. I know I'm not the best looking guy but I didn't know my face would violate community standards. All joking aside, I get this error message no matter what the picture is. I even tried to upload a picture I took of my vintage Trap Jaw figure. It also gave the same error message. Where can I read the community standards its talking about?

I had to update my expiration date but shop pay app wouldn't allow me to. I ended up deleting my card on file and adding my new card with the new expiration. I check my Over Drive and it still shows the old card (Signed out and back in to RLC). I don't want to miss out on the Pagani coming up but curious if anyone has had this issue, fixed it for their account or anything else?

Hello, I am a new Barbie 59 member. It won't let me add a picture for either. I tried to add a picture of the face of one of my collector Barbies to the profile photo and it won't let me. It tried to add cover photos with Barbies with me in it and without me and it won't let me. It says of every single photo that it could violate community standards. I would prefer for at least my profile photo not to be a generic circle.
