	Hi there!

<p>
	Since yesterday the shop on the German MC site is empty. No matter which brand or category I choose, it always says "no results". 
</p>

<p>
	But there's no info about a possible update or anything, and all other shops (US, UK, AU) are fine. Will that be fixed until the next drop? I hope so <span class="ipsEmoji">😬</span>

	Ordering doesn't seem to work for me at the moment as nothing happens when I click on the "Buy now" button. My address is in Germany, and the payment method is PayPal.

	I've successfully ordered from this site several times before, also choosing PayPal as payment method. My last order was in January, and there were no issues with that. I've already tried different browsers, but nothing seems to work. The form just doesn't react when I click on "Buy now".

	Does anyone have an idea what could be behind it or how to solve it?

	I'm reaching out as I'm having technical issues with accessing this forum on my iPhone/with any browser I tried safari, firefox and chrome. <br />
	<br />
	I am typing this on my MacBook, on safari, this works as normal. But I rather be here on my phone as always.<br />
	<br />
	Through trial and error I figured out it this glitch is not connected to my user account, as it works on other phones both an older iPhone and a new android (my mum's phone) when I log in there.
</p>

<p>
	The glitch/bug is connected suddenly only to my current iPhone. For some unknown reason as of Thursday 09 Oct 2025 is when it started. I logged out and back in, after I emptied cache, deleted history and did all the things, still no change.
</p>

<p>
	I do not believe there's anything that actually can be done about it as it is only effecting my one iPhone, but thought maybe IT might know why it is happening as of 2 days ago??
</p>

<p>
	Everything was working fine for the past 3 years. Did IT do a system upgrade and miss something? Is this bug in the system happening to anyone else? <br />
	<br />
	Please note that the rest of MC website works as normal on my Phone thank goodness, I can still purchase dolls it looks like, so far so good! <span class="ipsEmoji">😃</span>
</p>

	Please see these "safety" warnings (I get the same worded ones on all 3 browsers safari, chrome and Firefox) I see before clicking the "forum" from even the google search results or selecting "forum" from the main MC menu and when I'm not even logged in, then I click proceed anyway and get to the forum but it looks like this, like a primitive basic layout, barely functioning pages, I do not know why this happens, so it is hosting issue??:<br />

	Hello, I was hoping someone could help with my Play,Rate,&amp; Review account. I am trying to review the items I have received, but my account isn't even showing these items as shipped, yet. I have written to Mattel twice, so far and no response has been sent to me. I have tried the following things: I logged out and logged back in, I tried logging in on a different browser and I have cleared my cookies and emptied caches. Nothing has helped. I don't want to be removed from this program, but I fear that if I can't review these items, that is what will happen. What can I do to remedy this? How on earth can I review these items if no one is updating the website? Please help? Thank you.

I even tried to upload a picture I took of my vintage Trap Jaw figure. It also gave the same error message. Where can I read the community standards its talking about?

	I had to update my expiration date but shop pay app wouldn't allow me to.  I ended up deleting my card on file and adding my new card with the new expiration.  I check my Over Drive and it still shows the old card (Signed out and back in to RLC).  I don't want to miss out on the Pagani coming up but curious if anyone has had this issue, fixed it for their account or anything else?

It tried to add cover photos with Barbies with me in it and without me and it won't let me. It says of every single photo that it could violate community standards. I would prefer for at least my profile photo not to be a generic circle.
