Hello I have a collection of over 100 peeping bombs they are all spectraflame  except for 3 enamels they are currently on display in a carney case but I want to display something else now

what would be the best way to pack them away wrapped in bubble wrap or something else

any help would be appreciated I don't want to ruin any of them   thanks

I keep my un-displayed Redlines  in acid free 3x4 ziplock bags...but I do not seal the bags. I then store them in my Rally Cases that I have had as a kid.

Here's the thing...I have had Redlines since I was a kid (1968) and before I knew what I had, they were all loose in my Super Rally Cases in a damp basement at my parent's house. God bless my Mom, as she knew how much I loved them as a kid and never got rid of them! When I finally retrieved them, they were fine... did not even so much as tone. Just had to dust them off and clean them up a bit. They sparkle!  Redlines are pretty durable cars. That's why they have lasted for 52 years! As long as you keep them in a dry area, they will be just fine. I laugh and think how I handle them now!

this is a good method of storage. use of car cases designed for storing and carrying them,  if they must be stored.

the baggies are not really needed, just an added layer for protection. in case the cases get bumped around a lot.

PS: you could also just use the baggies them selves and keep the cars in an un used drawer.

Yep! I have my rainbows and assorted Redlines in the baggies neatly put inside some nice "shoe box sized" containers. The key for me is that I don't seal the baggies as I am not sure how the cars would fair sealed with no air.

For my loose redlines I use HotCases with the redline style inserts, then I throw in some silica drying packets.

What are HotCases and how can I get one?
