I am writing this to thank all of the Mattel customer service reps in Buffalo, especially Angela for helping me with an ongoing issue. I ain’t going to get into the details , but they were wonderful. I’m sure they get enough bad reviews so I thought I would share my experience again thank you all.

I also want to thank Buffalo C.S. Reps. First, Larisha (not sure if spelling is correct,sorry if not) for initial contact and setting things in motion with my issues. Next, and especially to Angela,  for going the extra mile with concern and understanding as to the importance of my "problem".Thanks Angela for your follow up and follow thru to solving issue. Truly, both are assets to a department dealing with customers who are always "calm and understanding" LOL.             Jerry
