We thought you guys had gotten to a point finally where we wouldn't have anymore problems. Might be time to take some of the money from sales and hire a new webmaster. Someone who actually knows what they are doing. I'm having the exact same issue. I have tried both Chrome and Safari - browsers which have always worked for me in the past. I have cleared cache on both devices - knowing that will be the first response should I call customer service. I have signed out and signed back in numerous times. I've come to the forums to read up on what other users are experiencing. I've tried canceling and adding new again - nope. I've attempted to make a purchase to see if I could enter a card at check out - nope. Nothing. Nothing works. My first attempts after receiving the email didn't even produce windows for CC#, CCV, and EXP DATE. Now I have windows, but I can't click in them, and tabbing into them doesn't work - just skips over them like the field doesn't exist. I've wasted entirely too much time on this! Quote
