SCATMAIL1 Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 I just updated my Credit Card info per request by Mattel. Looking at my "Dirty Blonde" order from 2019 history it shows my order which was placed in 2019 is still there, but shows payment information as an old credit card number no longer in use. My question is when this order goes active will the system pickup the new credit card information I just entered. Don't want to loose my order because the credit card listed for payment is no longer in use. Quote
DOOMUS Posted February 17, 2020 Posted February 17, 2020 I know for the last one they said to make sure the CC on file was updated and correct before they were ready to ship. We get a CC decline email and then call to update the informaiton for the order. In the past, updating the info online did not update the info on a past order.
