Mustangwally Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 I have seen postings in regards to the "waiting room" that some moderators have chosen to close out the discussion on the forum rather than attempting to make a slight adjustment to their thinking that may actually help individuals understand the process. 1. When you are on the countdown page or the ON SALE NOW page this is called the "waiting room" of course no one has titled it as such so you wouldn't know for sure. 2. Yes you sit on that page and wait, the computer should do the rest (hopefully) I would hope that newer members as well as occasional users are extended more courtesy and patience from moderators and others that give short sweet answers that do nothing to explain what terms such as "waiting room" actually are because it is not titled as such on the webpage. Lets all be courteous and helpful and not so judgmental in the future, please. 2
HWClams Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 They Should change one word. (They can send me a hauler in thanks...lol) "Our website will then automatically send you from *THE waiting room to the shop page for the item you want to purchase." Change this one word to the word *THIS 1
BWBYER Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 Definitely not titled 'Waiting Room' but fairly self explanatory when read in my opinion. I think part of the problem is that new buyers freak when they can't get right in to the product. They figure it out quickly. Original RLC member #164
MAELSTROM Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 The page says everything that was asked about. The page stays there as a normal part of the sale and will send you from the waiting room to the area to purchase the car once it lets you through. There are no secrets on that page you have posted or ways around that waiting room that won't get you in trouble. 1
