8LUGNUTS Posted February 25, 2020 Posted February 25, 2020 Mine is showing in the Order Summary list but when I click on the Details link it shows nothing. I *did* receive an email confirmation. As long as you have your order number you should be good but if you are concerned then call Mattel Customer Service tomorrow and ask them if your order is legit. VICMAN88 Posted February 25, 2020 Posted February 25, 2020 This is a topic I have been trying to get an admin to answer for 2 days now. What will happen to my orders from last year ? During a recent call to CS, I was told that if I was not a current paid member when orders get processed that the order would be cancelled. I still have multiple selections cars from 2019 ans well as the Tootsie Roll car that were not processed yet and my account is now expired, Quote

It may require you to call CS once we figure it out, but we'll look into it and get back to you when we have some answers that aren't just speculation. Quote -- HWC Gary
