Renewal issue with RLC Membership

I patiently waited today to make sure I did not make any errors in my membership renewal. Signed on 14 minutes in advance and sat in the waiting room, was transferred over to make my purchase approximately 40 minutes later put item in my cart and made it to “continue to payment” and there I was forever. Never advanced from that screen. Sad day.
