Anyone’s order disappear?

Soooo both my order any my sons disappeared under account info this afternoon. Have confirmation #s, but only 1 email confirmation. My son never got emails even last year. Click on order info in the email, shows that there’s no information about this order. Also, here I am on these forums, with a RLC # on my account. Advice?

Same here. Order showed and disappeared later. Got a email confirmation and got a order number. But since has disappeared from order history.Waiting also to see what to do.

Mine did aswell. I contacted Mattel, they wanted to know if I happened to have any screenshots when I completed the order which I did along with screenshots of my order confirmation email and Mastercard billing statement showing they hit my account. 

 

Forwarded all of that to them, hopefully they sort it out. I'm glad I am not the only one however I'd rather none of us have to deal with this. This is my first time trying to get an RLC membership.

You going to call tomorrow?  I think that’s our only option. Have you checked your CC statement?

Don't know if I'll call. Calling can be frustrating. Yes it pending.Hopefully pops back up. If doesn't will have to call.

Hi, new here not sure where to post this, but.... I have received an order confirmation email, however when i click on order details, It says that there are no orders to display. So I decided to search the order number, and it says, "We're sorry. We weren't able to find an order matching the information provided." 

So I'm slightly stumped at this point and I just realized I now have access to the RLC exclusive forums..... so what should I do?

same happened to me - but then i looked again, and it was there.

Mine are now showing again... for now.
