I would love to see surveys sent out to members to establish majority rules approach to save the RLC time and money when deciding how to handle customer service issues that will affect the whole membership. The same kind of survey that was created to allow members to pick their preferred  paint,  wheels ect , on the annual diecast offering. Example: Create a survey that asks the membership if they preferred low production numbered treasure hunts with a higher investment or higher production numbered hotwheels with lower price. Higher membership investment with more memorabilia and limited production numbers or unlimited membership with low entry fees ? When you let the masses decide you stifle the complainers and save customer service unnecessary explanations! Just a thought... Hotwheels rock!!!
