This is the first time I am dealing with this kind of an issue so I called customer service and was assured by the person i spoke with that it was normal for such java errors to appear on heavy sale days. I missed out on renewing because of the error. I am positive that there is still something wrong with my account as the message in the second screenshot continues to appear when i log in. I am unable to purchase anything from the shop, it looks like the website doesn’t recognize me as a member. Not even as a HWC member. I hope someone from technical support sees this and helps me out.
