Vahissan Nandakumar Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 I have noticed unusual activities on my account. somehow my email and account username has been changed. I didn't even share anything related this account with anyone. also past day I was able to grab the RLC membership and successfully completed it. got the confirmation number and I can see it on order history too (only order number. there is no any other details) but I didn't got the confirmation mail. when I contacted CS they said they cannot see any membership purchased for my current email which i use to log to this account. how this happened? anyone having this issue? LOOKING FOR HELP ????
