Hi. This is my first time as a RLC member. I did get through the membership sale. And I received a confirmation email. Up to yesterday, I was recognized as RLC member in the forum, but I did not see my purchase been reflected into the Order History. Today it is showing as a HWC member. I have a order number for my purchase. What do I do now? Is there anyone else facing the same issue? If yes can we get a fixed/standard solution for this problem? This issue is really taxing, all the way from the wait to purchase the membership and now confirming the purchase. I hope someone can help me out with this. If anyone got this problem fixed, please share your experience/and how you got it solved here. Would really really appreciate that. Thank you all.

If this issue is common, can we have a fixed solution for everyone? 
I've been hearing that when we place a call to the support team, the answer are standard and the application to become a member will be canceled. I hope this is not true.
I understand the traffic/the number of sign up is extremely high this year and the window was closed quickly. This may have cause dissatisfaction among the senior members and you guys are trying to find a solution for that. An auto renewal solution could be an answer for the long standing members of RLC. But I hope that does not mean that we, the newer members will not be given fair opportunity to be a member this year. I was in the waiting room from an hour earlier trying to complete this membership purchase. I've waited a very long time for this. It disappoint me that after getting thru that, making the payment, it is still not reflecting in my order history nor my status as a RLC member. I'm waiting for this issue to be sorted. I hope Mattel will find a solution that pleases all involved parties. Thank you.
