I have received an email saying "thanks for shopping your order #xxxxxxxx is being processed. there is nothing in my shopping cart ,nor am I able to open anything rlc related...can someone shed some light on this please 1 Quote

I got the order confirmation email, but there's nothing in my account order history, and my account is still as a HWC member. I Have sent a email about this issue to Mattel customer service but no one replies. I have pictures that can prove that i did NOT bypassed the waiting room and waited 21min. Please do not cancel my order. Quote
