Nik1626615936 Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 I am currently logged in using my wifes account because, as of this morning, when I login under my account, I cannot see any of the forums. It tells me that I need to become a HWC member when I try to come to the forums. Is this a issue that Mattel knows about? Or am I the only one having this problem? Mattel, please tell me what to do to fix this. Do I need to call the customer service? Quote

The type of computer you're using (PC, Macintosh) 2. The operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.) 3. The web browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) including the browser version number. 4. The date the issue occurred 5. The specific error message you saw, if any 6. A detailed description of what happened 7. Your e-mail address or phone number, depending on how you would prefer to be contacted Quote

How am I supposed to get help with an issue if CUSTOMER SERVICES doesn't even understand how your product works. I emailed, as I was instructed, and still havent received any reply to that yet. As the RLC sale is approaching , I am growing concerned that I will not be able to renew, because of the error. At almost every turn, I learn about a new level of frustration. Quote

What you need to try is to go into the shop and add anything to your cart and proceed through all the pages until you have to commit to the purchase, you can then remove the item from your cart, unless you actually want to buy the item. Chlaredo Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 One other thing I keep seeing is the fork in the road even though their name is showing in the upper right corner when people come to the site. I see this as well and have found it is because I am not really logged in, your login times out when you leave the site. To see the forums and not see the error you need to click on the down arrow net to your user name on the upper right and logout then login. Most site have a security feature that does not allow you to stay logged in even though you may think you are logged in because it shows your name. Once you hit the logout button and then sign in the error usually goes away and you can see the forums again. Donny_K Posted March 27, 2020 Posted March 27, 2020 Well, I am able to view the forums now because I bought another years membership. I called customer service 3-4 times, and each time they said that the IT department would look into it for me. I NEVER heard a thing from them. Quote
