HOTCALIWHEELS Posted March 5, 2020 Posted March 5, 2020 just got my tootsie roll'r in and like many others, it was smashed inside a shipping box(we paid extra for)that was too small and the easiest thing to break is the brittle plastic case the car comes in(we paid extra for) and sure as heck, it's busted and cracked. Even to top it off, the plastic shards then made their way onto the roof of the car and proceeded to wear away the paint so the car is damaged as well now too. my only options are to PAY to send it back where i won't get a replacement and if I did it would likely arrive the same, and i'd get a refund but not the cost to ship it back to mattel. so i'd have to pay money to mattel... for getting a janked up car that THEY themselves ruined.
