Members locked out from renewing memberships

For those RLC members who were locked out of renewing their membership and could not make any purchases in the shop, go into your accounts and check across the forums. See if you are now able to make a purchase by going into the shop and adding anything to your cart, you should be able to go all the way to the checkout just don't finalize anything unless you want the item selected. See if you are no longer able to access the RLC forums.  I have been conversing back and forth with the IT department and provided screenshots of what I was seeing and finally today it looks as though I am finally cleared of all the errors. Hopefully there will be more memberships available that we can go and renew our membership.

 

What I have discussed here should only apply to those who were locked out from the ability to even add the membership to their carts, any other issue, if still valid would be a separate issue.

I have checked and no longer see the RLC forums and I can also add things to my cart again. Hopefully everyone who was in this same situation are now back to normal and if RLC memberships come up again we can renew them as normal.

Where are the rlc forums? They said they would go dark to the new rlc year started

I have not been able to renew my membership. I've been a member for years. I had this happen 2 years ago. They had to fix something on there end. I also missed out on the tootsie Nova. Very sad. I called in and they are giving it to there techs to fix. I hope they can fix this issue fast.

I was able to make my club purchase this morning. Thanks to HW techs. I hope everything is working good going forward. I was not able to purchase the tootsie Gasser because of the problem. Guess it's eBay for that one.

Morning, I can't see the RLC forums, under my name says HWC, but it seems as if i wanted I can purchase from the store. My membership renewal was confirmed with customer support.
