How can I cancel the Order ?

Greetings,

I want cancel a duplicate Order of the 40th Years 4 Pack and called the Support directly but they told me the shipping is in the Processing but I think its a lie. Never Creations was shipped so fast. 

How can I cancel the order? They told me I can refuse the Package at the Door. But I want cancel ? 

Should I open a Paypal Case ?

It is clearly stated that a cancellation after an order has been processed is no longer possible.
This means that you can only return the order once it has arrived.
You should read this before ordering.

Make no sense for me. I will open PayPal Cases and look what happened. That is not a sustainable Solution. Could be come from Amazon.

You can't.  Once you place the order, it goes into "processing" status.  It's not a lie.  Just return it when you get it.  You really have no other option.  Refusing the package would just be silly, and opening a Paypal case would be pointless.

I call two times to the Customer Service for a Return. Second call they told me that a Return label will come to my Email Adress. Sorry Never receive this. I checked Spam emails nothing. I sure Not call again from germany. Customer Service still not good! Why?

I don’t know Mattel constantly dropping the ball. They have the majesties on pre-order but you can literally get it in two days on the Walmart website. Also won’t let you cancel it, which is ridiculous. Ordering it from the website should be the best and quickest option and it is not.
