Global Shipping Improvements

Hey, Hot Wheels community!

We’re excited to announce an update to our website that will make shopping more global friendly!

Going forward, international customers will see:

• Pricing in their local currency
• Pricing include Duties and VAT (for most regions) in the SRP
• Lowered International shipping rates ($10 USD for Standard / $20 USD for Expedited) for all countries eligible for shipping

As of now, these countries are eligible for International shipping:

• Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan

Keep in mind that our team is working to make International shipping available to more countries as well.

We hope this helps fans & collectors alike access more of the Mattel Creations products they love, no matter where they need to ship.

Every day the products change in price, for example, the set of wheels started at €30 and rose to €31, then to €32, Spain did not pay taxes on shipping, now you want to collect taxes that the Spanish government does not charge for said products purchased from Mattel, and according to what it says on your page you no longer buy from Mattel but from Global-e, an intermediary company

Any additional information on currency conversion would be greatly appreciated🙏
 

Also, confused as to why the price of the Digital Memberships have gone up for members in these countries. As it is a digital product that does not actually ship, would have thought it would be exempt from Duties and other additional charges.🤔

I think Mattel still ship to Australia and New Zealand, except we don't get the discounted shipping rate of $10 and we don't see prices in local currency. This may change though:

Is it the equivalent of US$9.99 or is it more than that? I can only see prices in USD so I have no idea what it is for people in these seven countries.
