Did anyone receive a message about redeeming a code for a replacement figure for the Kansas City Chiefs Superbowl set? The email says they fumbled and are offering a replacement figure. What was the fumble?

I cannot figure how to get the code for free replacement figure? Ordered it but never received email for code, so have been charged for it?

Hi, check the email account that was used when you pre-order the set.  The code was send to that email. Make sure you are able to see the entire email (some emails will hind part of the email.)  Hope this helps

My original order, which I had already received, was for three sets.

When ordering the replacement, do I order three, or do I just order one and they will automatically send three? Right now I have three in my cart but am only getting a credit for one.
