Last time it was the end of may. One point was the really bad condition of the package which is for me as an ovp collector not really acceptable because that great artwork is an main part of the Motu franchise/ article. Is it possibel to get a new package for Eternia? Point 2, i still miss my second Eternia and King Grayskull. There is a ppor german fella on the customer support page who got a refurbished eternia. We have tagged just about everybody in mattel, never got a responce on the topic besides @Tasmanian Devil. Last i know, the poor guy never got a refund. This is why i would never invest money in another mattelproject like the snake lair Quote
