Hissfits 3 pack Release date

So I finally opened the package and the set is indeed huge 😅 It was very well packaged with lots of bubble wrap 👍🏻 I so love them, they're adorable 😻😻😻

 

I'm just a bit sad that Meowlody's lipstick and hair are a bit messed up 😔 

 

For comparison this is Purrsephone, her bangs look like it should be (like attached to her forehead instead of sticked out to the front LOL) 🤷🏻‍♀️  

 

I know it can easily be fixed, but as an in-box-collector I don't want to open their box 🙈 But seems I have to do so, very carefully of course... Actually they are playline dolls, so maybe I shouldn't be petty 😬

@miss_understood They are cute! I think the hair and lips are easy to fix. Yes they are playline (not collector) take them out and enjoy! 🐱🎸🐱🐱🎸

I sent an email to BBTS and they sent a reply all 'hey it's still preorder!' -- and then a day later I get a 'your order is processing soon!' email. 😆

Oh my god the hissfits have shipped at long last waiting since February.i plan on keeping the one with the purple shirt and trading the purple boots my twin is getting the other 2 dolls.i had given up on BBTS.

Congrats! I got an email saying they "arrived." Not a shipping notice, just that they arrived. I'm guessing that the customer service person I contacted put me on some list for more frequent notifications. I'm sure I'll get a shipping notice soon.

So, uhhhh, regarding my Hissfits order from Big Bad Toy Store, apparently placing it in the 'pile of loot' means you need to take some extra step or other to get it shipped? Even though I was already charged? 😑 At any rate I just cancelled and re-ordered since it's in stock. @DEPP76 Deppy may be able to clear this up, if he's around...

If you do this, though, keep in mind that cancelling an order already charged gets you STORE CREDIT. This means that if you had store credit on a previous item and you don't use all of it, you get leftover store credit -- so if you want to buy another item to use it all in one go, make sure to buy them TOGETHER or you'll be charged shipping twice. I did that mistake-- didn't realize I'll have leftover credit-- and that's what happened... it's only $4 so no biggie, but still.

Anyway, now that it's in stock and I placed the order AGAIN, I hope it gets shipped quickly. 😑

The only extra step you need to take is to 'ship your pile of loot'.  The POL option is so that you can hold your purchases in there for up to 90 days and it allows you to control when you actually ship your own items.  Plus it guarantees you $4 flat rate shipping no matter how many items are in your loot.  So yes, you will get charged when your items come in stock, but they will not ship until you tell them to since you chose the pile of loot option at your initial checkout.  If you don't want your items to go into your pile of loot you can always change that at any time in your orders.  So basically you didn't need to cancel it you just needed to tell it to ship since you have control over that.  For me since I buy so much from BBTS, the POL option is a blessing since I can build up my pile of loot and then ship it all at once for a very low shipping price.  It's a genius idea that has saved me a ton of money in the long run.  Hope that helps! 😁

I ended up ordering me a set too since they finally came in.it turns out my sister didn't really want to break up the set.i ordered in February and waited until December.It only took about a week to get the second set.
