Dasbro Posted October 16 Posted October 16 Hi all, @CM Dom thank you for reaching out to the community. I would like more entrances, I know the WCW Nitro entrance didn't get enough backers but there is interest in entrances. A lot are sold via online marketplaces (custom-made). These entrances could also be made in two different scales (if there is demand, for elite size and retro size) Talking of sets, please find the following suggestions (they could be sets or dioramas) backstage area locker room interview specials (Piper's pit, Snake pit, Brother Love show, Barbershop) Crowd or entrance steps through the crowd Apparel: changeable shirts (like the ones in the recent Outsiders UE) plan or with designs (nWo DX 4-Horsemen WWE or WCW symbol) Hats Masks Ring accessories: Ring mat(s) Crowd barriers (various designs) Announce table (I know this has been done before, what about a collapsible one) Accessories: a selection of belts (in a multi-pack) Tables Chairs trolly coffin (buried alive matches) Vehicles perhaps more vehicles monster trucks/limos/fire trucks/ambulances/police have all been used for segments in wrestling Figures (generic) Besides the obvious wrestling figures how about event staff, such as security, cameraman, referee, and medics so children/collectors can recreate their favorite scenes? The event staff could come in a pack where you build them, so you can change the heads so they look different. How about "build a wrestler"? I don't mean like now where you buy four figures and build the fifth one. I mean where you buy a pack that contains four heads, four torso's, legs arms, etc, and the children choose who they make as their own and create a wrestler to play with. I know some of the above has been done by third-party companies to fill the gap in the market, but surely Mattel could do an awesome job at some of these things. I would like to see more WWE toy updates/previews etc on the Mattel YouTube channel. That's all I can think of now off the top of my head. 1 Quote
masoncarr2244 Posted November 3 Posted November 3 (edited) Would be cool to see a 2006- early 2008 ECW stage set in the future for both retail and Mattel Creations. And more ECW Legends would be cool too, along with WWE stars when they were in ECW from 2006-2010. Edited November 3 by masoncarr2244 Quote
TorgoCalgon Posted November 23 Posted November 23 I'd love to see more golden era (1980-1993) Ultimate Edition figures. Hopefully no more Hogans. I love the Coliseum Collection, hoping for more from that era, especially first time in the line figures. The Territory set was very cool (even if Ali still felt out of place, despite the angle in WWF with Monsoon). Loads of territory greats/classic belts. Tag Teams are welcome, box sets also always welcome. Drop down hips, though nice to add articulation, don't go great with play at times for my kids. Thanks for reading. Quote
tmai Posted November 26 Posted November 26 I would like to see these wrestlers added to the Mattel Superstars Killers Bees, Jesse Ventura, King Kong Bundy, Big John Stud, Iron Shiek, The Red Rooster, Texas Tornado, Hacksaw Jim Dugan w/Chase, Stone Cold w/Chase, Mean Gean, Referees, DX, Bushwhackers, The Rockers, Bobby Heanan, Owen Hart, Jimmy Snuka, Gorilla Monsoon, King Harley, Greg Valentine, JYD, Rick Martel, The Islanders, Power of Pain, Demolition, Need a ring to go along with these and a steel cage 🙂 Also, would be nice to not see these as Wal-Mart Exclusives, buy them off the Mattel Website.
