Do you mean the Creeproductions? Ghoulia was part of the batch that came out this year together with Abbey and Spectra.

If you want to talk missing....

Holt was released the same time as Ghoulia and he didn't get a Creeproduction. Despite probably being one of the rarest dolls of G1. (No I will never be over that.)
