My order is not pulling up

I pre-ordered the hocus pocus monster high dolls. When I go in to look at my order it shows them not there. I have my email confirmation as well as bank statement where the money came out of. I paid for the membership just to get these dolls and even hid in the restroom while at Universal on a family vacation to order them when they were released. I want to verify that I will be getting the dolls that I ordered and paid for.
