If both barbies were in the same box one as a angle and the other as a devil would you buy that set?

I think that's a neat idea. If I had the money I'd get one, if they happened to make one.

That's any idea dianaross! Yeah I probably would buy it. Though that depended on what they looked like.

I agree with Miss Shutterbug in that Mattel would have to design their facial features so that the devil actually had a devilish look/smirk/grin on her face.

She had to look like she was "up to something" in order to sell the idea of being a devil. Otherwise, she would look like a Barbie doll in a halloween costume.

It will never happen. From a marketing standpoint, it would be a disaster if Mattel printed anything with the word "Devil" on it. You think the press was bad for the Lingere Barbie.

Eek I don't know about that one. That would be as weird as if Mattel started doing horror movie dolls like Freddie or Jason. Then there's all the uproar that the devil could cause. If they were made well, then I reckon they would sell. If anyone makes a fuss, Athiests or any number of religous/watchdog groups then Mattel could end up in a court battel.

kinda like sugar and spice in the batman movie?

Oh Rob, I never thought of that!

That would be perfect. I can see Spice standing by my computer montior tugging on a wire in her hand with a devlish grin on her face.

What a conversation piece that would be.
