I noticed on the Toy R Us website, they have 'Sold Out' Items with Black and White photos

I think this is a most excellent idea!... If the photo is in Black & White, the item is 'Out of Stock' -- colored photo's are 'In Stock' items

Seems so simply and who doesn't love simplicity? ;)
