Just an idea...

I don't know if this has ever been done or even suggested so I thought I'd throw it around a little. I think it would be really cool if we could have some sort of BBB member of the month...there are so many people here who have helped me out so much that I think it would be cool to recognize someone different each month. Whether it be for their wonderful posts, outstanding advice, and just all around performance on the board or whatnot. I'm not sure how the voting would be set up...the members could vote or just the MOD's themselves could pick someone each month (that would avoid any type of favoritism or duplication of winners)...maybe have a member of the month forum or something like that. And maybe the winner each month could get a little something special, whether it be a small gift certificate or just something to recognize a different person for their outstanding membership here on the board. Like I said it's just an idea but I thought I might share it here...

I guess a sorta "Site Helper" award would be nice. Maybe that person could become like a mini mod to a certain forum. Like if you are a big helper in the vintage or Ken forums, you could be a mod only in that one.

 

But there are SO MANY super people here. How would they pic.

I think,that is a fantastic idea! It could be done either every three months or maybe once a year.It would be nice if we could call it"The Collector of the Year Award".It would have a nice Diploma for the collector to display in a nice frame,and also it would be cool if it also could be a mini statue of Barbie and along with it a nice Barbie would be nice,and the picture of the collector of the year would be posted in the BC website.That would be so cool.
