Suggestion for Report This Post feature

It would be great if reporting a post would cause that post to be "locked", so that the author could not go back and delete or edit it. There have been too many instances of members making rude or otherwise offensive posts during weekends or holidays when the mods are not around, then going back and editing or deleting their posts before the mods get a chance to look at it.
