To All The Mods: Thanks for all the new avatar choices, I'm sure everyone appreciates them, but it sure would be nice if we had a few more male avatars to choose from. The "nostalgic box art" ones are O.K., but I can't identify because they're blondes. And I definitely can't relate to Elvis, Clark Gable, or Frank Sinatra... Some suggestions: Tango Giftset Ken Aragorn James Bond Harley Davidson #2 Tales Of The Arabian Nights Ken Waltz Giftset Ken Ricky Ricardo (especially since we now have Lucy) The Raider Ken These are all I can think of offhand, but I'm sure I'm leaving out some good ones. I hope you can consider this, as I'm sure most of the males on the site probably feel as I do. Pretty please? Pretty pretty please?...(please don't make me grovel...) Never too many Barbies...

Here it is a month later and we have these new "female avatars" and no male. WHY? We have just as big of a presences and most of the collectors I have met here in Maryland are male. There are many male dolls. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Give us more male avatars!

So I reply to Randy's post over in Member Complaints, pointing out that there are only so many male dolls in the BC line, only to find this post moments later with a list of male dolls we haven't used! How was I supposed to know? (Oh wait, I work on the site... hmmm. ) I will add your suggestions to our list and see about getting these guys added to the avatars as soon as possible. (The modern dolls will be first, I'm sure, as we'll have to source good photography for the Vintage Kens that Brad mentions in his post--I'll have to go through our Vintage Showcase and see what we've got available.)
