I was just wondering if the special of buying anything Louboutin got you an extra copy of the Calendar Book was in effect or if it was put on hold while the 25% off sale is going on?

I was just thinking about that while I made my order of Dolly Forever and the Louboutin Shoe Pack. No worries if it doesn't come with the book (I got a copy when I ordered Louboutin #1), just thought I'd ask. Thanks.
