Mermaid silkstone shotty craftmanship on the paint!

I was so excited to receive my mermaid silkstone, until I opened it today.  The eye makeup is all wonky and lopsided.  I have heard horror stories from other collectors, but this is the first time it's happened to me.  :(  I can fix it, but I don't feel that I should have to at this price point!
