I need to know how I can get my online order to ship FedEx Ground, not FedEx SmartPost. I had my orders shipped FedEx Ground before, but my recent two orders are shipped FedEx SmartPost. Called customer service, he said my order will ship FedEx Ground for my future orders, but the last order is still shipped FedEx Smart Post. How can I get my future online orders to ship FedEx Ground?
