I normally receive that email within 5 minutes of my purchase but I haven't received it yet and it's been 30 minutes now. I just want to be sure my order went through. I purchased Will & Kate and Afternoon Suit. I just tried to add something to my shopping bag to make sure my reward was used with my previous order, and it wasn't. I'm thinking my order didn't go through now but I don't want to place another order 'cause I don't want to be charged twice for anything. Can someone help me out? Thank you.
SHEREEM Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Hi Wanda, it does happen every so often that the order confirmations takes longer (it's happened to me). If you haven't received one by now and if you see your reward is still unused, it probably didn't go through. To be sure, give CS a call or a CS rep will see this and respond to you.

I also noticed that your Fan Club Reward was not used so you should replace your order. Please PM me if you are still experiencing problems.
