Guest tmsia1572400439 Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 Sheree, I appreciate you taking the time to post instructions on how to return my doll and possibly get reimbursement for returning her but I don't feel that resolves my issue. At this point, I am beyond frustrated with the cavalier attitude Barbie Collector seems to have with regard to the quality of their merchanise. All a person has to do is visit the main forum and see various topics with regard to quality lately - "What's up with Hope Diamond's hair?" for one. I paid $175 for this set! I expected to receive a perfectly mint doll but I received a doll that should have been pulled from the line and never sent out. Does Mattel not stand by its product? If not, then maybe I just need to return the entire set for a complete refund. Tammy
