Guest abner74 Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 For ten days now. This is just a follow-up as I 've already mentioned this issue before. It can be frustrating not being able to track down your order. When can we expect this to get fixed?
SHEREEM Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Hi abner74, we're sorry you're still having trouble with your Order Status. I just checked mine and it came up fine. Please try logging off of the site completely and signing back on. There are two ways to get to your Order Status ~ one is through the pink bar at the bottom of each page and the other way is through the drop down under your member name at the top of each page. You'll need to log into your Shop account to access your orders. Let us know if this helps! Thanks!

Did sign in and out twice and checked top way and bottom way. I have several orders in this year plus two dolls that are back ordered EOTA and HG so there should be something there...?
