QUEENCELINE Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 I have time and time again requested that no peanuts be used and for my dolls to be wrapped in tissue paper to protect the boxes during shipping. This go around, there was no peanuts (FINALLY!) but none of the dolls were wrapped and all my Barbie boxes have small scratches all over them from rubbing against each other during shipping. All I ask is that I have NRFB dolls with nice clean boxes to display them in. I have complained about this so many times that I can't count how many times I have. I thought that there is supposed to be special instructions on my account to let the warehouse workers know that I have special requests for my purchases. What is the best way for me to get this complaint to the person that will do something about it? If they're not going to allow special shipping instructions, why tell me that you are going to tell them to flag my account. Do I just need to start calling customer service every time I place a new order a remind them that I have special shipping instructions? Sorry to be such a pain, I just want to know why this keeps happening. Thanks
