When I renewed my membership I also purchased a Barbie Look Doll. I received the Barbie Look doll but there was no membership card or Shoe Pack with the order. When the Platinum Pink Fringe Barbie doll was available, I purchased that doll, but when she arrived there was no membership card or shoe pack with that order. My purchase history has no record of any of my purchases since 2005. Will I received a membership card and the shoe pack for being a Platinum Member? Thank You
