Guest barbidoll Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 I talked & complained to the customer service that some of my dolls had not moved over. There is so many of my dolls (175) that I don't know if I have the doll NOW. I was told that they know about the problem & it would be fixed shortly. These dolls are NOW PACKED away & I don't know if I have them or not (I have SO MANY). I don't know why the site was changed. IT WAS FINE the way it was.
Guest rosebon1572390878 Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 I was worried about some temporary glitch in the system, so I printed out my database (26 pages!), of course I don't have the notes, but at least I have the pictures. I am confident (and very hopeful) that this matter will be resolved. Good luck....Bonnie
Guest TOYBOX1572402193 Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 The tech team is painstakingly coding page-by-page to migrate information from the previous site (Strata) to the new site (Pluck). The reason for the change has to do with the limited space and capacity to accommodate for growth on the site, which is necessary along with technological improvements. The site will continue to be updated as information from Strata is migrated to Pluck. We hope you can be patient with as it is time-consuming. Three cheers for the tech team who has taken on this task!
