the first day of the sale was 25% off everything, plus an additional 25% off everything on the special offer shelf, correct? so that should have been 50% special offer items, right? everything i bought on the first day from the special offer shelf was only 25% off...not the 50% as stated. can a call to customer service fix this?

The first day of the sale was 25% of the entire site including items in the special offer shelf.  So for example if you purchased a doll from the special offer shelf which was marked down to $100, you would rec. an additional 25% off the $100.  Your doll would now cost $75.  Does this help?
