This is not a complaint, really. I just need some help. I still have one reward left but when I went to place an order, it didn't show up. If someone could look into this for me so I can get my reward to use on an order, it would be greatly appreciated. Please get back to me.

Hi Barbara, sorry you are having trouble with your reward.  Because of the holiday weekend, I might suggest giving Customer Service a call and they can assist you with this.
