Guest abner74 Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 I hate to keep asking but I also keep receiving wonky-eyed dolls that I cannot bond with. BCCS Les P has been wonderful at processing my refund for the return shipping costs in the past. I returned Liz Taylor Violet Eyes for this issue and it was delivered yesterday at BC. I scanned the PO receipt with invoice & note to refund shipping & faxed it to BCCS. I am hoping to receive a better-looking doll and is looking forward to receiving a refund for cost of return shipping. I would call CS but I kept getting asked to include the PO receipt in the package and I can't do that since all my packages are already securely wrapped when I or my husband gets to the PO & I like keeping my receipts for reference. I did try to explain this to a CS rep in the past but she kept repeating that that is what I should have done & I just ended up being upset and still did not get any resolution. I came here on the board instead and BCCS Les helped me with my refund. Thank you in advance. UPDATE: Issue resolved. Thank you once again, BCCS LesP!
