Guest jchick7 Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 Hi, I called CS yesterday regarding my online order on Nov 24th (for the 25% sale) because once again my order had not shipped and just said "in progress" for days. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, (I understand it was a holiday and everything,) but this is the fourth online order I have placed this year that I have had to call CS a week or two afterwards to inquire about, (and those weren't on holidays). One order I made a few months ago said "IN PROGRESS" for over two weeks before I called and BC said the order had been lost and had to send the order again. Two other orders I have placed since then have said "IN PROGRESS" for a week or more until I call CS. They always put me on hold for 10-15 min and then come back and say that they are "looking into it", take my phone number and assure me that they will call me back. They have NEVER called me back, but by the next day my items have tracking numbers and 'lo and behold they were shipped THE DAY I CALLED. I guess I am wondering if there is a glitch in my account or online or something that is causing this? Because I shouldn't have to call CS after placing an ONLINE order to get it shipped right? I know it has nothing to do with the holiday or with the new website because the other orders this happened to were on the old website and not on holidays, and this has happened too many times to be a fluke, please look into this. Guest BUSTERBLUESUN Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 my order from the 24th still says in progress as well, but i called and they did say it left the building. i normally don't have this kind of wait so i think it must be the holidays and the sales.
