However, when I received my Hope Diamond and opened her, I realized, the box was missing the certificate of authenticity and the doll stand base. I called customer service and they help me and solved the problem. I want to say Thank you to all the team, specially to Kim who was the one solving the issue. Also, she patiently made my shipping address changes in multiple orders. I work as a bank teller and I feel good great when a customer give me a compliment. It is not easy to deal with people and you do a great job! Thank BC Team
