Here we go again--greedy ebay sellers already listing Yuletide Yummies on ebay for pre-sale.  These sellers can't possibly know in advance if they will even be lucky enough to purchase one, but should know it's clearly against Barbie Collector membership agreement.  Their memberships should be revoked.  Please have the Barbie Collector legal team look into the following 2 listings I just found on ebay.  The item #'s are:  251148094797 and 261094627030.  Thank you.

One seller has a quantity of THREE available and the other seller has a quantity of 2.

how did they get the accessories pictures? one has 2 available and one has 4 available seriously promo pics that arent released on BFC where do they come from before they are released here

note both sellers are new and only recently selling barbies which is what I had said earlier thanks to ebay postings about direct exclusives more new members are only into barbie for selling not collecting and to me as well it is a violation and should be investigated as whats the point of having BFC membership aggreement if nobody needs to follow the rules?

 

love the accessories on the doll though wish I had seen it here first

should be one per membership so unless they have two memberships under different name same address fine but how do you explain more than 2? so there are two violations as only 2 per household

I feel like writing to each seller and saying to them....maybe you ought to read  the agreement that clearly states they are not allowed to presell. One of the listings says "doll is sold out" .....Nice touch since the doll has not even gone on sale yet!!

Presales of BFC exclusive items are taken very seriously and there are consequences.  Because of privacy issues, these consequences and those affected are not publicized.
