The Star dolls are misnumbered when you order them!

I am about to lose it! I ordered the AA Stardoll and she is misnumbered so they are sending me the blond doll. Customer Service is on the phone now telling me they can't cancel it even though they can see that the numbers are wrong in the system. The aa doll is 2198 but if you order her it flips in your bag to the blond 2199. I am so angry. I am still on hold with customer service now.

So customer service still would not cancel my order but someone is supposed to call me back. I am going to be so upset if they send me the wrong doll.  She did confirm that when you place the doll in your cart the numbers flip and you get the reverse of what your ordered.

I checked your order pn our ordering system and you are receiving the correct doll.  The pictures are switched on-line when you select the doll.  The product number, though are correct.   I asked our web team to fix the problem with the pictures, but you are receiving the AA doll as you requested.  I apologize for the confusion.
