Guest jayjay19701572392940 Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 I'm one of the few that wasn't able to order Walking Suit thru Barbie Collector, however I was able to order her thru the Barnes and Noble website, she arrived today and upon the dolls arrival when I opened and checked to see if everything was alright no veil, I even lifted the doll out of the box and looked underneath where the COA is and nothing, I even checked the box she was shipped in and nothing. I know this issue was mentioned here on the board some weeks ago, can somebody from Customer Service please help me? or please PM me? Thanks Jay
SHEREEM Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Jay, sorry you are having issues with your doll accessories. Several members have found the veil inside of the hatbox so please take a look there also. Let us know if you find it there!
